Having The MacGuys+ as a partner gives me immense peace of mind to know that when there's a Mac issue, I don't have to derail whatever I'm working on and spend hours searching the web for solutions. The MacGuys+ are dialed into all things Mac, and either know the answer, or can find it much quicker than me. The MacGuys+ also are more proactive about identifying and solving IT issues than other IT firms I've worked with, proactively minimizing problems.
As an IT department with other responsibilities, having local experts in IT who are extremely knowledgeable about Apple Technology is a killer tool to have in your back pocket.
Another big benefit of outsourcing Mac IT support to the MacGuys+ is that my Mac users don't feel like second-class citizens.
