Your backup data, documentation, passwords and files will be deleted and not recoverable. You must understand this cannot be undone.

Cancellation Agreement

I have contracted with The MacGuys+ for managed services.

I am requesting that my account be canceled within sixty (60) days of the date specified below, in accordance with The MacGuys+ Terms of Service. I understand that I am responsible for any cancellation fees if my account is not within 60 days of its anniversary date.

In order to process any cancellations, your account must be current, and any unpaid balances must be paid in full. You agree that you do not have any open or unpaid invoices on your account. If you your account balance is not paid in full prior to your cancellation date, your cancellation request will be denied.

I understand and agree that if I wish to have any applicable solutions transferred to a new provider, I am responsible for a $950 payment (plus applicable taxes) in accordance with The MacGuys+ Terms of Service. to complete transfer of all applicable documentation, passwords, licensing and/or other information. I understand that if I elected to have The MacGuys+ work with named provider on the transfer that it is my responsibility to comply with their requests during this transfer process and that I am not entitled to a refund of this transfer amount. I further understand that if I did not elect to have The MacGuys+ transfer my account information to a new provider or I fail to provide them with payment or any other requested information, all documentation and data will be destroyed and will not be recoverable.

All payments I have made to The MacGuys+ were authorized and the work performed by The MacGuys+ related to those payments was satisfactory.
