Apple has introduced AppleCare One, a new subscription plan designed to simplify device protection for people with multiple Apple products.

For $19.99/month, U.S. customers can protect up to three devices under one plan. Each additional device is $5.99/month. The coverage includes:

  • Unlimited accidental damage repairs (service fees apply)
  • Battery replacements when health drops below 80%
  • Up to three claims per year for theft or loss of an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch

Unlike the older, per-device AppleCare+ plans, AppleCare One rolls everything into a single subscription—making it easier for people who upgrade regularly or use several Apple devices at once. You can add most devices up to 4 years old, provided they’re in good working condition (Apple may require a diagnostic check).

Other perks:

  • Automatic coverage transfer when you trade in a covered device for a new one at Apple
  • Per-user coverage—meaning it protects only the devices registered to your Apple ID, not a family’s entire set of devices
  • Standard service fees and deductibles still apply for covered repairs or replacements

If you’ve been juggling separate AppleCare+ plans for each device, this might be a more streamlined (and potentially cost-saving) option—especially if you’re within Apple’s ecosystem and keep multiple devices in regular use.
